ptskinsfan
I was just wondering why some of the ratings on some of the players in franchise mode were highlighted as yellow. Does any one know what the yellow means?
skins19
I was wondering the same thing. I thought it might be because that is the area they improved in but then I saw that this is not the case. Now I have no idea and would like an answer to the question also. michael_33
The Yellow means that you will improve in that area do to the coach that you have or coaches... Different coaches affect different ratings... For example: Spurrier is an offensive Guru so you might have your QB's go up in awareness and other catagories and maybe WR's and RB's and so on.. If you had Marvin Lewis as your coach you might find that your offense doesn't improve as much as spurrier's does, but some Defensive positions might go up as spurriers Defense might not or so on... All in all,You have a Head coach,Off and DEF Coordinater as well as a Special teams coach...All these coaches affect your progression during the offseason... I wonder why chad morton drops so much even with good performances when I use him?Could it be that Mike Stock sucks as a special teams coach? That's when you fire his butt and go get ya Vermiel or whoever to replace him... This is owner mode by the way!! I hope this helps... If you have any questions, just let me know... God I love football!!!
