I want to upgrade the memory and install a CD/DVD Lightscribe burner....1st small problem, I can't get into the box because it's locked. The lock is a round key, my bro in law gave me a master key but it doesn't work. Any ideas? 2nd problem, When i try and reimage with xp it says It can't see the HDD. I know the HDD is working. I know in some BIOS you have to disable the Sata drive function or something. I don't even see that option. Any of you guys have any advise? Any of you guys have any advise?[/quote] According to the specs on the HP web site, the HD is SCSI. You need to install the SCSI driver for XP before install of the OS.
