D'Pablo
Mr. Snyder, I would personally appreciate it as a fan of the Washington Redskins if you would publically endorse Jim Zorn as head coach for the rest of the season. The reasons I ask are three-fold: 1. We all knew Jim Zorn was not experienced as either a head coach or an offensive coordinator. He has been learning on the job. His playcalling has been terrible to atrocious at times, but with the responsibility he has been handed, his struggles were to be expected. He went from dealing with QBs to dealing with QBs, game-planning, player management, play-calling, and game management. Mastering a single one of these head-coaching duties could take a decade or more. Jim Zorn has been asked to figure it out in less than two seasons. He needs more time. 2. Jim Zorn did not inherit a good team. In fact, he inherited a team that was very old and was only one game above .500 the season prior. That team needed to be rebuilt, and it is currently under reconstruction, whether acknowledged or not. During this rebuilding process, there needs to be some stability. Right now, three of our starting defensive linemen, along with three of our starting offensive linemen, are on the downside of their careers. Our MLB is great, but certainly close to retirement. Our star RB and WR have both lost a step. Our secondary has some youth, but no promising depth; although the same can be said for the entire team, sans the defensive line and wide receiver corps. Please allow Mr. Zorn the time to build a team with, at the very least, his stamp on it. 3. Your endorsement could save us from mediocrity. Players will play harder for a coach that does not have one foot out the door. Fans will have more incentive to stand behind a coach that is not going to be replaced anytime soon. The organization will look like it has stability, and hopefully, actual stability will follow.

ThePreciating
His playcalling has been terrible to attrocious Mr. Snyder, D'Pablo said it himself (albeit with poor spelling). Go ahead and fire him. We'll take Shanahan. Thanks!
