Really, we have a good backup QB in Todd Collins however Jeff Garcia has played in the WCO his whole career and runs it effectively. He has been a free agent for a while. See, he's made for the WCO and he will run it well for the Eagles if called upon. I question why we never looked at him? JC just doesn't fit the west coast mold. I don't care if he ran it at Auburn.
