I could be wrong, because I only caught a quick glance of the news, but I am pretty sure that is what it said. If this is the case, he won't be playing vs Pitt. You can see it in the video archives on Redskins.comTV look under the press conferences tab. They're going to lance his injury to let out some goo and make sure there is no blood build up.
