jaydean Posted March 25, 2003 Share Posted March 25, 2003 isn't it strange, that we're all taught in school at a very very young age to respect "veteran's day" and "memorial day" and other holidays that talk about our men and women who have fought and given their lives for our every day freedom? yet, it takes a war like this for us to TRULY TRULY stop dead in our tracks, and thank GOD for the freedoms and the lifestyles that we have. it takes a crucial moment like this week, to make us realize how important veteran's day and memorial day are. hopefully each and every one of us respects these holidays even more starting this year.
