I've heard that he's posted that he's found HG Wells time machine, Bonnie & clyde's bullet riddled car... and more. Typically, they stir up some buzz in the towns in which they are posted. The man's name is Julian Lee Hobbs, otherwise known as Rory Emerald. There's quite a bit to be googled about this guy who places them, anyone familiar?
