The only country able to ramp up production enough to make up the coming shortfall is.......Iraq. $5 per gallon prices are in store. Good luck everybody. Update; Fox News just reported that Kuwait is also shutting down their western oil fields for the same reason. These moves will reduce their output to by 33%.
