They planned to introduce him at a news conference on Saturday. Redskins | Negotiating With Hilliard 20:25 PT: The Washington Post reports the Washington Redskins are in contract negotiations with free agent WR Ike Hilliard (Giants). I live in Virginia south of Richmond near the VA/NC border, but I found the website to WTEM 980 Sports Talk Radio out of DC, and so I can listen online to the news after the press conference.
