Anyone Intrested in Purchasing a Timeshare?

I know I know, you all hate going to those stupid meetings and being forced into purchasing a timeshare or it cost too much. Well forget the hassel, I'm trying to sell mine at a reduced rate. The reason for selling it is simple, I'm planing on using the money to go to Nova and finish off my degree. The time share is run off of flex points; for those who does not know what this means it's simple: while you have a base location(Williamsburg for me), you can use the points in your account to take trips where ever you would like to go.

Just a few facts about the timeshare I own:

Timeshare company: Wyndham Resorts

Home base: Wyndham Kingsgate: Williamsburg, VA

Original Purchase price: 16500

Timeshare exp date: Never, you can even pass it on through your family or resell

Timeshare flex points: roughly 168,000 points a year(you're not stuck with one week only, use them how you feel wherever you want).

I'm asking for less than half the price I paid: 5500.00 + closing and escrow costs.
