Where did the Vampires come from and where did they go? Since when did it become possible to become a vampire by being injected by their blood? Why did the other Vampires back off when the leader was killed? And why was the leader killed off so easily? What was the point of killing the Dogs? Did the Vampires also feed on Canine blood?
