Was this actuallly written before Sept 11? it says August 2000 but the site dosnt seem all that reliable.

The date on the article is August 2000, but it names George Bush as the president. Bush wasnt elected until November of 2000.

I have a feeling this article has been backdated.

Afterall hindsight is 20/20.
