Is Cash Lot (Barlowe Road Community Park) Behind the RV Park Still There?

With all of the parking changes this year, does anyone know if the cash lot, right off of Landover Rd., at the Barlowe Community Park area still in operation? I've parked there several times and have found it the easiest lot to get in and out of.
