Montilar
I had to actually miss watching the game due to a business emergency (next time burn the whole #@$%46 thing down and don't call!!!) thus I was i the car feverishly listening to sonny and Sam on the radio...... Before the game began, sonny threw out a very interesting stat on the penalties. Prior to this game there were 114 redskin penalties. FIFTY (50) of those penalties have been dead ball fouls. FIFTY! That's offsides, illegal motion, taunting, movement, delay of game, etc. Anything that occurrs when the ball is not in play. Fifty penalties that should NOT occurr; especially if a team was disciplined and coached properly. Davis Loverne led all skins with 14 penalties. janson was second with ?, and champ third, lavar 4th. Of course you might expect Stai or Brown to be higher, but they've not started or played in every game either.
Reaganaut
I think you misheard Sonny. It was Houston who had 50 dead ball penalties. They kept up with tradition yesterday.
