Sisyphus
As I know we have some graphic designer/web developer types here ... anyone had experience with converting a narrated PowerPoint file to stream it via the web? Years ago I used Impatica which worked OK, although it had its quirks; but before I drop $500 on it I wondered if there were other tools that anyone here has used. Baculus
In what format do you want to stream the presentation? Do you want it be viewed independent of a PowerPoint installation on the user's computer? Here is a Google search that has some information: http://www.google.com/search?q=streaming+powerpoint&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official

My preference is a solution that doesn't require PowerPoint installed.Impatica, the tool I've used before, is the first one listed. I think it downloads a small Java plugin for the user that handles the streaming. Once you add audio to a Powerpoint file, the size gets huge. Impatica provides a plug in that streams the content as needed and so the file size is not an issue.
