NattyLight
I think Gibbs is a wonderful person but one of the main attributes of a great football coach in today's game is getting his team to believe, even for a second, that they are unbeatable. I don't need to list off the coaches, but you know many of winning coaches today overtly show the need to get exicited about some football. I personally don't see it in Gibbs...not saying that he isn't an esteemed football coach...because he is. Or do I know what goes on in the locker room, but on the outside....to the public...the elements of intensity are definitely lacking. Please use this thread to post your vote and opinion of how an NFL coach's sideline, locker room, and presser demeanor should be in order to give a team that extra bump they need to achieve those intangibles of professional football.
