RedskinsFan72
Im making a trip down to FedEx for the Jaguars game on Oct 1 from Massachusetts. Of course this happens to be the one 4:15 game instead of a 1PM game which is going to make times tight. I was wondering if anyone knew how long it generally takes to get from FedEx to the Landover Metro Station on the FedEx shuttle? Basically I would need to be at the Metro Station by 8PM. I know shuttles supposedly run every 15 minutes to and from FedEx and Landover Metro. Just trying to figure out what time I would have to catch the shuttle to be at the Metro by 8PM Anyone have any idea? Are the shuttles and Metro stations mobbed? airborneskins
The lines for the shuttle are pretty long. Why do you have to be at the Landover metro? Why not the Morgan BLVD. That is only about a 10-15 min walk from the stadium down Morgan BLVD.
RedskinsFan72
because none of the times at Morgan match well with my Amtrak departure from New Carrollton. Its a 30+ minute travel time with a transfer to get to New Carrollton. I would have to leave the game at 6:30ish. Im resigned to the fact that I'll probably have to leave early no matter what, but I would rather not leave that early. The Landover Metro to New Carrollton is only a 3 minute travel and the arrival times match much better with my Amtrak departure. Thats why I need the shuttle's travel time from FedEx to Landover Metro, to gauge approximately when I would arrive. Thanks for letting me know that the shuttle is usually mobbed though. Do most people leave early clogging up the shuttle? Or does it seem most people stay for the whole game? Thanks again
