The "In before the close" post has gotten out of hand. If you come across a thread that you feel you should be closed, please refrain from posting one liners such as "in before the close", "closed in 5.........4...........3", and so on. Instead, use the REPORT POST button at the top right of every post. The same goes for duplicate threads in need of merger. Just report the thread instead of "merged in 5.......4...........3". We have always depended on our members to police themselves. While in some instances a post to steer a member in the right direction is warranted, reporting the thread is the preferred method being the one liners give no direction to the thread starter.
