Golgo-13
Baltimore vs. Denver?? Is this a joke??!! This is nearly as bad as Dallas vs. Washington last year. Well at least I know I can go to bed early tonght.
Jimbo
This game will be a defensive struggle which is not what I want to see on MNF. Unfortunately, who would have thought the Ravens were going to be this bad. If they score an offensive TD this game I'll be surprised. It will be one of those 20-3, or at best, 23-10 games. Unless, of course, they allow Griese's dog on the field.
cowboykilla
I thought they had contract in place where they could switch games as the season progressed? Or is that just Fox/CBS?
Murilo Bustamante
MNF can not switch games. They would love to be able to do that, but the other networks would have a fit. (In fact, ABC proposed that this year, and not surprisingly, FOX and CBS strenuously objected). Having said that, B'more deserves it. They were great champs a few years ago, spanking the Midgets in humiliating fashion after having the greatest D in NFL history...and MNF did not put them in their opener as tradition would dictate. So good for B'more. Having said that, Denver will kill 'em.
DeathByLinebacker
Really, Baltimore is the team more deserving of being on MNF. They were the playoff team last year, not Denver. Still this game will be a snoozer. I wouldn't even bother watching it if I weren't worried about how many fantasy points Clinton Portis, Todd Heap, Shannon Sharpe, and Ray Lewis score.
