ross3909
Correct me if I am wrong but this game feeds right into the "Odds are against us" kind of situations that Joe Gibbs lives for. It was the reason he came back to coaching the Skins, it was why he works late every night, and it is why this weekend we have an advantage that no one is aware of. Every time another media personality says "the Redskins will be completely outclassed this weekend" Gibbs wispers to himself "...wanna bet?" Now I am not saying that this game is in the bag, but I don't think the critics understand who they are dealing with. Last week with the Bucs, we were evenly matched and the only advantage was homefield for Tampa Bay. However, this week with the Skins supposedly being in over thier heads, watch out. This is the stuff Joe came back to coaching for. Oh Yeah, and our assistant head coach Greg Williams has yet to back down from a challenge since he got here either. This is the biggest game we have played since 92, and believe me, that fact is not lost on Joe. Hail.
ChicagoRedskinsFan
I'm sure he would love to be playing at home but I think he does relish these opportunities. Is there any coach better in road playoff games than Joe Gibbs? I love the crowd getting quiet as they realize the Redskins are about to end their team's season! :helmet:
