renegademrnate23 Posted October 3, 2005 Share Posted October 3, 2005 So 4 weeks ago people around the league and around here were questioning if Gibbs still had it and why Brunell is still in the NFL (myself included). Have these three games proved otherwise? My thoughts are this, Gibbs has shown he can learn this "new" game, and he has adapted, look how much the shot gun was used, I think he has adapted and shown why he is in the HOF, not that that gets us to the playoffs right away, but damn we have made some nice strides since the start of the season. Secondly, If this is what Gibbs saw in Brunell originally, then he once again has proven that he is 100000000 times smarter than me. Im not sure if it will last, but Brunell looks like he found whatever he lost last year. He may have been running like a wounded duck on that one long run.....but dammit he got the first down. He looked good on 3rd downs as well. Finally, damn I love Moss. And I have to give a little credit to Thrash, the boy comes to play. Is this going to continue, or are we going to fizzle out????
