NorthEast Skin Posted September 25, 2005 Share Posted September 25, 2005 During one of Clinton Portis' latest interviews he speaks on practicing with pads while a Redskins vs. practicing without pads while with Denver. It is obvious he prefers Denver's method (old San Fransisco method). It is obvious both methods are capable of winning. He did say that he thinks coach will know when to back off in an effort to keep everyone fresh. My question is really does anyone know the number of teams that practice without pads?
