mrjoolius Posted September 20, 2005 Share Posted September 20, 2005 we had the lead but there was so much time left and Dallas appeared to be poised to make a drive and last second field goal (like so many times in the past). All we needed was a stop. Then Bledsoe had a pass that bounced off of a receiver straight up in the air for what seemed like 20 seconds with Bowen right under it. I guess he lost it in the lights and it bounced away 5 feet from him. Anyway, ultimately it didn't matter. But, I remember thinking at the time that we missed our chance to end it. I was esctatic when we took the lead of course...but them immediately noticed how much time was left and said "Oh crap! They are going to find a way to lose this.
