Funkyalligator
The 76s just rescinded their qualifying offer to Matt, he might be a good pick up for the Wizards. He is very versitile and can shoot the ball well. What does everyone think?
Zen-like Todd
Damnit! How absurd is this? Right after we use our mid-level exception on Larry Hughes, Keon Clark becomes a UFA, Rashard Lewis decides he hates the Sonics and will sign for a mid-level exception elsewhere, and Matt Harpring becomes a UFA! Matt Harpring will never be a star, but I'd much rather have him right now than Larry Hughes. In fact, if you guys remember, a few months ago, he was my favorite choice for a sign-and-trade. Zen-like Todd
BTW, the current rumor has Rashard going to Houston in a sign-and-trade if he doesnt go to Dallas. Stevie Franchise at the point, Cuttino Mobley at the 2, Rashard at the 3, Eddie Griffin/Mo Taylor at the 4, and good 'ol Yao at the 5. Yao doesnt even have to be that good, this is a playoff team in a big way.
Funkyalligator
I'm not too familiar with the way the NBA is structured in terms of contracts but what happens if we release laetner? We need to get rid of his slow white bread a**. We also should probably look at trading Jahidi preferably no in conference though.
