QB rollout play

I remember Joe Gibbs using this play alot during his first tenure here in Washington. From looking at the past qb's Gibbs normally has had a qb who is a litte bit mobile(excluding Rypien) but has enough enough agility to roll out of the pocket on naked bootlegs or fake counter plays to suck in the defense for a deep throw or a check down to a h-back or tight end.

I didnt see that much of the game this weekend but i noticed that Brunell rolled out alot and it sort of looked like it helped as far as keeping drives alive. Did he run these plays for Ramsey as well? How comfortable did he look if he did? And can Ramsey throw on the run or does he have to set his feet first?
