Is there any real chance that the league will change the way it's used anytime soon? 2. What changes would you recommend, if any? Here are a few changes I would like to see: 1. Give players a financial incentive when the team wins. 2. Lessen the cap hit slightly when teams are signing players that they drafted, even when renegotiating expired contracts. 3. Use incentive-based contracts more often in contract structures. (I admit I don't know how often this is the case.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
