Baculus
I've recently been trying out Photoshop CS2, and I really haven't been able to get much of a feeling for the application, mainly because of various problems. First, I couldn't create a new document because the "scratch disk was full." So I went ahead and changed the location of the scratch disk. Now, when I open the application, it uses gigabytes of scratch disk (which is the harddrive) space. Yes, immediately, without a single document being open, hundreds of megabytes of storage space is already apparently being used by the application. I did some research on the Adobe website, and they mentioned something about video cards with under 128 MB of video memory being a possible issue, but my card has 120 MB of memory. Has anyone else seen experienced this issue? I am just going back to my PS6 which always works fine for me.
