The two biggest improvements are the abilty to make any picture on ur memory card your PSP wallpaper, and a really good web browser. There are many other good features but these are the most noticble. Right now the 2.0 upgrade is only in japan and only meant for the Japaneese PSP's but it is in english and works fine on mine.
