Oh no there's a picture of them hugging.

People gon' be acting up again 😕

Well to be fair, a hug is much more intimate than a handshake. And I do believe that this is pretty substantial evidence that Adam wants to give multiple first rounders to get the first pick and take Caleb. What else could the hug have possibly meant? Just sayin 🤷

  2. Really concerned about Wylie. There were times where my jaw practically hit the ground last season , watching him. Bad isn't the word for it. Hideous, atrocious, egregious, ludicrous, preposterous, inexplicably terrible might suffice. It was really, really bad at times. I would love an upgrade and a demotion to the bench for him but not sure if that will happen.

Every time you say “Corn Lucas” you make me think of Corn Elder, and that’s not very nice. I was set to go the rest of my life never acknowledging his existence again.

Easy...we are supposed to always respect our Elder.

  4. Undisputed is frustrating me. Skip and Keyshawn both talk about Maye as if he should be drafted in the 7th round. Keyshawn keeps bringing up Maye being from UNC and wearing the same number as Trubisky. Who gives a flying crap??? That's irrelevant.

  5. I know most of us want a QB at #2 buuuuuuut do you feel like there is absolutely nothing that would change your mind? Let's say someone offered us their 1st rounder this year anddddd their1st rounder in 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028. Lol. You would basically have to accept the trade, wouldn't you??

CB Michael Davis looks like a depth signing. Maybe he can compete for a starting role on the outside. He gave up 9 TDs last year and a 119 passer rating allowed as the nearest defender. Hopefully he can bounce back this year with better coaching.

Louie Tee is thrilled. He said that he runs a 4.3. Says that he can run with any wr in the NFL. Even Tyreek. Says that he is really good at press corner. He says LAC didn't use him right. Too much zone. Idk 🤷

Wow that’s crazy. I watch both of them as well. My fiancée got me back into them 4 years ago. I usually watch them late at night after I get enough sports thru out the day

That's awesome. We could talk about the current storylines! Of course that would get on everyone else's nerves relatively quickly and Jumbo would throw us outta here 😂

  8. Does anyone think that Slye might beat out McManus?? McManus is wayyyy better at extra points for sure. Also probably better at 49 and under fgs. Slye is definitely better at touchbacks on kickoffs. He is excellent at that. And probably more accurate than McManus at 50 plus fgs. So each guy has atleast one strength that is better than the other 🤔

  9. These guys that played the game at the highest level deserve respect if you ask me. They were professionals who had professional coaches in their ears over and over and over. Week in, week out. Sat in meetings every week, soaking up information constantly. Watching film for hours and hours and hours. Hearing gameplans being installed each week. For years. Sometimes well over a decade. It's just funny to picture a 400 pound dude ( who never even played or coached Little League ) on his couch, eating Cheetos and screaming at Tony Romo " you stupid moron! You don't know what you're talking about you doofus! "

If it reduces injuries, I’m for it.

The more I think about it, getting 20 yards whenever the opposing defense knows that you absolutely have to get 20 yards on one play or the game is essentially over, is pretty dag on tough. It might not be much easier than the current low odds of recovering an onside kick. Probably be kinda like the hail mary, except the defenders all back up about 18 yards or so. Instead of back to the endzone area. I'm not sure if it's that much safer either. I don't think very many players are getting injured on onside kicks these days. It might be more fun to watch though.

This kind of goes here I think. I like it.

May be an image of football and text that says 'Sports Illustrated @SInow The Eagles proposed a rule that replaces an onside kick attempt with one fourth-and-20 play from the kicking team's 25-yard line'

One thing is for sure, it's practically impossible to legally recover an onside kick these days. The rules big time favor the receiving team. Basically seems unfair. I think it would be kinda cool to see the 4th and 20 thing. Percentages would definitely be higher for the trailing team to recover it.

Orlovsky is an idiot.  Simms is a moron.  And this isn’t a new thing.  They’ve been idiots and morons forever.

And Warner went on TV during the draft and said he has no idea how to judge the future of college players, that’s why he just watches NFL film.

I like Kurt.  But he probably watched the film the way I did, despising every minute of watching college offenses.

While his analysis is better than the others he has openly admitted he has no idea how to project college QB play to NFL play.

I have noticed that you sometimes call NFL legends idiots and morons. Guys who played in the NFL for many years. Hard to believe that they haven't soaked in tons of knowledge ( that us mere game watchers will never have ) I know Orlovsky wasn't a legend but he played for years in the NFL. I have watched him break down film several times. He seems very articulate and extremely knowledgeable. Just sayin.

It just dawned on me that it’s always the same posters in the QB thread…the quarterbacks they talk about might change over the years but it’s the same posters getting their hands dirty in here.

It’s like turning on the Young & Restless after a years long hiatus and seeing Victor Newman still doing his thing. 😆

This isn't the most manly thing to say but I record y&r and bold and the beautiful five days a week on my dvr. And watch them all. Lol.

He missed 3 games last year. I think we should have paid him. He’s going to be better than whatever rookie we draft in year one and the 1st year of QB development is critical.

Wow. Better than I thought. I would have guessed that he PLAYED in three games before guessing that he only missed three games.

$20 mil??? No wonder peters didnt go for that lmao. Jets were desperate to protect aaron

Yea I would have liked him on a reasonable, injury incentive deal. However 20 mil/1 year. Yikes.
