Patently obvious that the culture starts from the top. He needs to go and the league must get rid of him. 

I'm pretty much on my last legs with the team and that's down to the odious horror of an owner. 

What a horrible environment. 

Green Bay really have to move on. Rodgers time is running out and one ring is poor for the talent there's been.

I wouldn't want any of the Harbaughs. No doubt that shrivelled weirdo Jones will be trying to go for the biggest offensive mind there is. 

We're just doomed to repeat mistakes with the same GM and owner.

Look they are not very good. I think everybody can see that, however you have Smith routinely failing to hit wide open guys and then just lobbing footballs that are wobbling everywhere.

They have no confidence in him. A good QB works to their strengths.

At this point I have no idea how good or bad they actually are because the QB is absolutely stinking the place out.

They need a Running Back.

Good coaches use receivers well and get production out of them. We have guys who barely get open and get nowhere near 100 yards.

A better head coach would help. 

This all means nothing without a good running game. We need a Kamara or a Fournette - hell even an Ajayi would do. As it stands we break nothing and we're predictable as hell.

a good LG and a stud RB and the receivers don't need to be amazing.
