I won't miss it! I will be in front of my 65" HD TV (which costs about as much as 2 tickets to 1 game at Club level Pricing).

Nice, grill up a couple of brats and I'll drop over and we can cry in our beer together in 2019!

  2. C'mon guys, renew and then get ready to buy a couple of Next Great Thing jerseys, because Snyder is going bust a move this year and bring a great young dual threat 1 read  QB that will smoke the NFL,  you won't want to miss it!

I'm tired of missed tackles, bad angles, and contact without any attempt to wrap up

I'm tired of the run defense being consistently gashed.

I'm tired of Gruden and his "What the **** just happened" face.

    I'm tired of WR's, TE's and RB's running 6 yard routes when it's 3rd and 7.

Let's hope they somehow bring better execution to the regular season games it looked pretty raw during the preseason.

  4. I said I was leaving this board but I just had to come back to enjoy all this leftist caterwauling.   Reading this thread is even more entertaining than rewatching 2016 election night coverage on youtube.  I don't know what strict constructionist President Trump should or will select but I think it would be amusing if he goes with Judge Amy Barrett.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amy_Coney_Barrett

The -----crats would be in the interesting position of having to attack an affable Catholic mother of 7 when they are desperate to peel off white women voters and increase their percentage of the highly Catholic Hispanic vote.  In any case, the Republicans have the votes to confirm her without a single -----crat vote but watching the 8-9 Red State -----crat Senators up for election squirm in a no-win situation will be delightful.  I shouldn't get my hopes up President Trump may go with someone else.

By the way, I thought President Trump looked very pleased today at the groundbreaking of the new 10 billion Foxconn in Wisconsin.  The plant that is expected to employ 13,000 or so and will be up and running by 2020 when Trump wins Wisconsin again! MAGA!

Can you please change your picture from Eisenhower, please?

Like, the real Eisenhower would be appalled by Trump, appalled at how they keep playing the "but Hillary" card, appalled at Trump meeting Kim like he did, appalled at the result, appalled at how Trump attacks allies and gets close with dictators, appalled at how he's tried to sell US infrastructure to his low bidder friends to enrich them, appalled at Trump talking about fine people on both sides when one of the sides had literal Nazis, etc.etc. etc.

Just replace him with a picture of Trump if you're gonna carry Trump's water.

No dice, I like Ike, the best POTUS in my lifetime.  Reagan the second best while the rest of them stunk.  Truman because of the Korean War,  Kennedy for Viet Nam, Johnson for Viet Nam and the ruinous Great Society, Nixon for Viet Nam, Carter for Iran and other failings, GHWB for his New World Order, trade policy, Gulf War and stationing troops in Saudia Arabia other things, Clinton for NAFTA, most favored nations status to China and subprime mortgage program, GWB for his runious Iraq war, subprime mortgage mess, and finally Obama for exploiding the debt, subprime mortgage advocate, Obamacare, radicallizing the Democrats into the Raceacrats with his Alinskite tactics.

  6. Another tunnel in the Impeachment Bunny hole for you to lose yourselves in, I find this amusing.  You'll be wishing and hoping for some scrap of evidence until the end of Trump's second term and beyond.  Now, of course, these jaywalking allegations are of grave national concern whereas the tens of millions of foreign money that Bill and Hill laundered through the Clinton Foundation while her day job was Secretary of State is of no concern.

  7. Can't expect any more than hate from the Hateacrats I enjoy their misery.

I think it is doubtful that this effort ends in the denuclearization of NK but I would rather Trump tries this approach than a military operation to incapacitate NK's nuclear program.  We'll see where this goes but it is hard for me to imagine Kim could maintain power and give up his nukes, I think there would be a coup.  Maybe he feels secure enough or is just playing a game his military has approved.

Im suggesting that the vast majority of media and liberals are hoping for a disaster, and looking for anything negative they possibly can.  Because they are all hysterical *******.

All of us should be weary of NKs intentions, and I personally do not trust them a bit.  But reading some of these chicken **** comments about the summit are disgusting.  Especially when they dont want to credit basic negotiating skills and diplomacy.  Any comment about legitimizing the regime should have been shared prior to the summit.  Otherwise, drink a tall glass of stfu

I mean, I guess everyone was hoping trump would throw a baby fit during the meeting acting like a straight up little girl and make things worse?  We wouldnt want to `legitimize` illegal regimes of course

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/09/05/barack-obama-and-vladimir-putin-hold-blunt-meeting-at-g20/

Im not sure how we move forward in good faith

But, communication is never a bad thing

I'm on the same page.  Very skeptical but top-down negotiations is a different approach and China is concerned about Trump's trade policies so we probably have more leverage on China now and therefore more leverage on NK.  Probably Trump is going to be jerked around for a year or two like his predecessors but maybe not, maybe Kim wants to change NK and Trump is offering him path, we'll see how this develops.

  9. I am as skeptical as anyone about the prospects for success with NK because it is very dangerous for a dictator to loosen control and their hard-won nukes are really all NK has but Bill Richardson said it well, bottoms up negotiations with NK have failed maybe top-down negotiation will succeed.  We will have to see if we are just getting jerked around again in a year or so, I fear we are but this is worth a try.

  10. I've come to think of NK as China's crazy junkyard dog that they keep to rattle the US.  When China wants something out of the US they give the NK junkyard dog more chain and it comes snarling out from under its porch scaring SK, Japan and the neighborhood in general and the US gets frantic calls for help.  The US issues bellicose statements and then goes hat in hand to the Chinese for help getting NK back under its porch and calmed down.  The Chinese get what the want from the US for exercising its influence and NK goes back under the porch until China needs something again.  I suspect China's fear of Trump putting tariffs up has set this latest drama in play.

With this cynical view, I'm not at all hopeful of anything fundamental or lasting coming from these talks.  I hope I am wrong but why would China want its junkyard dog tamed?  It will be interesting to see what comes of these talks, I suspect the outcome will be a series of ongoing talks with NK getting financial help from SK and China in exchange for inclusive steps towards denuclearization and Trump doesn't go all in on tariffs against the Chinese.

I'd much rather see the US give the Japanese and SK a supply of nukes to deter NK as well as China and for us to pull out of the region.  We'd then be free pursue a trade policy that benefits the US workers and not global business interests.  I will have mixed feelings if Trump achieves a partial success with NK because I fear it will come at the cost of Trump curtailing low wage Chinese goods flooding the US market.

Well, you know how Jay was in total infatuation with him, more than any of us, or anyone. So there had to be something super convincing become apparent, for them to part ways.

Fans don't break down videos of every play and understand what should've been done and wasn't, so while I am disappointed because Grant seem to become a larger contributor last year maybe he wasn't worth what the Raven's were willing to pay and the Colts ended up paying.

We don't have a single #1 receiver here. Our WR corps consists of 2's and 3's. Our star tight end can't stay healthy and our pass catching RB is hurt. Alex Smith had young and explosive probowlers for weapons in KC, we got JAGs or injury proned players. He went from the penthouse to the outhouse by choosing to come here.

You stated it bluntly and maybe overstated the case, I'm not that familiar with the KC roster so I can't say he left the penthouse.  We really don't know what Doctson can do he may blossom into a #1 receiver, but it is a hope, not a conviction.  Reed, when he is healthy, is pro bowl quality but he's had so many injuries that he probably ought to retire.  Crowder is a good slot receiver, Chris Thompson and Davis are playmakers but as a group, I think it is suspect.  The OL can pass protect but are weak run blockers, I don't know what to think of our running backs since it appears the line can't open holes.  Alex Smith is going to have his hands full, I hope they help him in the draft.

  13. I don't know enough about Richardson to know how much help he'll be but the last years receiving corps was unhealthy and surprisingly unproductive for a squad with a 4K passer.  The WRs didn't carry their share of the load.  The tight ends, running backs and slot receiver did the heavy lifting.  Pryor was a waste of time and money.   Doctson showed some flashes in his first season on the field, let's hope he takes a big step up in 2018.

I want to be optimistic, I really do and maybe the Skins will have better luck with injuries but this team needs a blocking TE and a beast in the center of the OL to get a running game going to help out Smith and the receivers.  The Skins have been way too dependent on the pass during the Cousins era and need to add a stronger run game to help Smith succeed in my opinion.

Is there a way we can create an equivalent to Godwin's Law involving this? In any gun debate the odds of a Republican/conservative bringing up Chicago becomes inevitable and means you've lost?

Why isn't the killing in Chicago irrelevant to a gun control discussion?  I am not an NRA type why isn't the killing in Chicago a point of discussion.  Strict gun control in place and progressives/liberals/Democrats have been running the city for generations why don't the deceased in Chicago matter?

What bothers me the most is that we'll never know why he did this. From what I've read so far, Paddock didn't seem to be your traditional mass shooter with a mental disease like Adam Lanza or Seung-Hui Cho. He was for lack of a better word "normal." So strange to say the least.

I know what you are saying it is perversely comforting understanding the motivation no matter how messed up it might be.  This episode reminds me of the University of Texas Tower killer of 1966.  I was a teen at the time and was horrorstruck that an evil person would set up in a tower and just start randomly killing people.

Maybe the police will comb this guys life and find some pattern of behavior to explain this guy going off.
