What would be a reasonable statistical projection and then an optimistic statistical projection for what we can expect out Steven Sims this year?

I don’t know if Jamison Crowder is a realistic ceiling, or if we could expect more? I think Sims looks more explosive than Crowder.

We probably don’t have the OL production or a QB experienced enough in the system to see Sims’ ceiling this year though.

If Sims can put out 50+ receptions, 600+ yards and 3-4 TDs with the receivers that we have added during the draft coming in, with a very similar talent coming to the team such as Antonio Gibson who can play the same role of that flex RB/WR that Sims down. I would be very excited for him and would call that my optimistic projection.

With the emergence of Terry this past season and the very high expectations that he has, along with the probable, IMO, of Thaddeus Moss as that safety net TE, I would expect Sims to have 40 receptions 350ish yards and 1 TD.

  2. Neymar was spectacular as expected and the final dribble and pass against two men in the box was phenomenal.... Go Brazil!!!!!

It was a bit of brilliance - but the defending was comedy gold. First 21 allowing himself to be megged, then the 2 not being in any position to cover finally 15 not getting tight on Neymar after he made the break into the box and allowing the cross far too easily.

The standard of defending worldwide is just getting worse and worse - part of it is the way they are making it virtually impossible to tackle without giving away free kicks or penalties but part of it is rank bad coaching and lack of basic organisation.

agreed, defending has lost its luster and fouls and free kicks are too abundant!

  3. So glad to get rid of the burgundy half collar and go all white, would have liked all burgundy but white will do.

I love the gold pants all the way around, with white or burgundy tops. I would like to see a sock that matches better though and as most would like the gold to be a little less yellow. I see most prefer the gold as a trim color but I honestly prefer it as a main, our colors are Burgundy and Gold after all :).

Still love this years throwback and would love to see those colors worked into a re-worked uniform, home and away.

I'm going to wear this out but I would love to see our throwback in away form.
