Like this one A LOT. Would be my pick to have the best chance to make the squad.
Isn't afraid to go across the middle.

So with Hampton, I'm reading a lot about "box safety" and "plays better closer to the line". Does that mean he's a guy you would sub in for obvious running downs? Along with the fierce LBs we have?
Seems to be a trend with fiery tacklers here. The best QBs you face these days need to be contained. Is our defense going to run past them in an attempt to get them or...or I'm definitely over thinking, I'm not football smart enough to know these things.
What I do know is this might as well be an expansion Team at this point. Exciting to see something new with new, talented guys orchestrating it. I mean we're about to draft one of each position lol, what's left, we grab a kicker?
I think we are going to kick the crap out of ball carriers unless we miss the tackle.

Just saw a stat that Dallas has drafted 15 Pro Bowlers in the past 10 years. Crazy.

Rating: 70.78 (Part-time contributor)Pro Comparison: Brandon BrownerSummary
Dominique Hampton has a long frame but can be a little stiff in his movements. And while he will take bad angles from centerfield on in-breakers, when he gets low, he moves surprisingly well in space for his size, especially against slot-type receivers on vertical routes. He's not twitched up -- he requires a half-step to gather himself when changing direction when coming downhill. He's better closer to the line of scrimmage where he can match up vs. athletic TE types, though he can get grabby if beaten early in rep
About- 2023: Led team with 109 tackles
- 2023: Game-high 10 tackles in CFP title game loss vs. Michigan
Strengths- Long frame, moves well in space for size
- Better closer to the line of scrimmage than in the deep half
Weaknesses- Can take bad angles at times coming downhill
- Can be a little stiff when changing direction
Combine Data- 40-yard dash: 4.51 seconds
- Vertical jump: 39 inches
- 20-yard shuttle run: 4.14 seconds
- Broad jump: 10 feet, 2 inches

I doubt Wash will find a starting LT In the draft this year. I would bet they do find a veteran after the draft or after cut downs at least for this year and try to develop a guy.
Current FA options are:
Bakhtiari
Duane Brown
Danavon Smith
......Not too inspiring
I agree; hope we are going best player available in the second and third. We could get some great talent.

Long snapper. Normally.
No way; too late to trade up for one now. I think the end of the first was the prime area for long snappers.

Call me an optimist but I think they will win one more game than they play. 18-0 during the regular season.
