This is what was announced in Feb:

    https://www.commanders.com/news/washington-commanders-announce-significant-upgrades-to-stadium-bringing-targeted-investments-to-more-than-75-million-under-new-ownership

At some point there was also mention of a big scoreboard on top of the stadium to replace the existing ones, but not sure what the timeline is on those

Interesting. Though I think JP was referring to to the Ashburn facility.

Just be Washington. Only Washington. Go back to the old burgundy and gold. Use the spear logo. Let the fans come up with their own nicknames. We'll be the only team that uses its city as a brand. Let WASHINGTON be the brand.

    Yes. I would like this.

Hes super chill and doesnt get rattled. That was said about him in college as well.

Jay Cool would be a nice nickname

Funny you mentioned that. I literally thought of Joe Flacco and his Joe Cool nickname when i was trying to think of a comparison.

I'm not gonna grade the draft, but there's nobody that I'm particularly enthused about seeing outside of Daniels.  I was hoping for another starter somewhere, but I don't really forsee that.  But we'll see.

Please share this with the team.

I think the DT Pick would be a starter if not for who is in front of him.  Sinnot may not be a starter initially but could end up as one if he shows growth early over urtz.

Depends on how much 2 TE they run too.

TE rotation will be interesting. I think Bates is a solid player and will contribute. Other guys will have to stand out in a big way to male the team.

PSU guy here. Theo Johnson is nothing special at all. I promise you.

Also a PSU fan and I agree. But I'll also say I think he was definitely underutilized. Remember the OC was fired mid-season.

Okay, I didn’t say we wouldn’t “need to” if we want to move up for a particular OT—I said I wouldn’t. And to emphasize that, I said I’d still have to think about it even if it was only a 2nd and 3rd.

A 2nd and 3rd could certainly get us from 36 up into the late 20’s, btw. If that’s what they wanted. But again, I’m not sure I’d do it. Would have to see who else is falling.

I don’t think we’d be open to giving up a future 1st, but who knows. Maybe Peters wants to get crazy and get into the top-15 and keep 40. But I doubt it.

Yeah it def depends how far up we're looking to go. I guess I'm saying I wouldn't mind us giving up what we need to draft a stud LT. If we gave up one of the 2's and next year's 1 to get into the top 15 I wouldn't be mad.

I wouldn’t trade both our 2nds to trade up for a LT. I might trade a 2nd and 3rd, but still doubtful I’d want to.

If 8-10 OT really go off the board before we pick at 36, there are going to be some absolute studs available at other positions, in a good draft class. We need OT badly but I’m not passing up that talent, draft a developmental OT later. We need Pro Bowlers and All-Pro’s.

I think you're delusional if you don't think we would need to give up both 2's. I honestly think we'd consider giving next year's first if the right player is available. We need a LT.
