The book isn't written on Jahan yet... but it almost is.  If we're being realistic, it's not likely that he has the kind of breakout third year that Nico Collins had.  Third year breakouts are pretty rare for receivers.  And if Jahan doesn't significantly improve this year and give us a ton more production, then we probably need to move on.

 

Barring a surprise trade for someone like Deebo or Aiyuk, he's going to get the chance to break out though.  We don't really have anyone else to keep him on the bench or steal targets from him.

Agreed.

I don't expect Terry's numbers to be too much better (except possibly TDs) but I would hope for better production around him. 

Jahan is definitely playing for his WSH career this year.

B.  Keim doesn't source this thought to them but has harped multiple times that Forbes issues go beyond coaching but is very specific to his technique and play.  And hes not assured a starting spot.  He's more of a wildcard

 

He has mentioned that in at least 4 separate podcasts from my count. He has said that Forbes "needs to put in the work" to be a good corner. He backed down slightly after the 3rd time he said that and stated that he hasn't heard from anyone with the team that Forbes hasn't been putting in the work...but I think we know Keim well enough to know he didn't just create that on his own.
