I mean that’s crazy bro you didn’t even allow Quinn to have one pre season game to show something. Ask the falcons how they been without Quinn and before . Reality is he’s better than Ron and hires better staff members .
He is not that much better than Rivera, did you even watch his defense against the Packers in the playoffs? His defense was garbage

I read one page of the Cowboys message boards. Half hated to lose him and the other half were worried Jerry would hire Riverboat Ron.
Hated to lose him? Did they forget Quinn's defense got embarrassed in the playoffs against the Packers?

I thought with a new general manager and owner, things are looking up but I guess it is the same old crap, I am very disappointed with the hire, I wish Redskins would have hired Weaver

I’m gonna be honest but BB probably the best choice .
- Defense in NE been solid for a long while
- He does not want power anymore for any GM moves .
- Josh Mcdaniels likely comes and he’s an upgrade over Eric B
This would be like the Doc Rivers move for Harris. And down the line we can find someone better but right now this is probably the best move . Wouldn’t be surprised if they interview him at least, I can’t see them just settling just yet .
At this point other than Weaver all the other candidates are over 50.
Belichick is not coming here, he refuses to give up power or he would have been the Falcons head coach already

Can we get Kyle in for an interview now, or do we have to wait till after the SB?
They have to wait until after the Superbowl, teams can not interview coaches while teams are in the playoffs

If we hire Dan Quinn, I better not see him cross his arms one ****ing time.
He will do it, that is who he is so you are going to have to accept it if Quinn gets hired

You’ll be waiting a long time since that team doesn’t exist.
So what? I will always call them the Redskins no matter you like it or not

I am just ready for the Redskins to hire a head coach and move on and focus on the draft

Vrabel is the best outcome. What a failure of a search

Chief players really like him for some reason. Don't know if Reid likes him or was glad to have him move on. If he went back to the Chiefs
he would have to have a different job title and they probably are not going to remove the current offensive coordinator.
I really doubt he will go back to the Chiefs, Eric will probably take a year off or find another job with another team

I wonder if EB goes back to Kansas City after Super Bowl. Or does he have to sit out a year before he finds another job.
Why would Eric go back to the Chiefs? The Chiefs are going to the Superbowl without Eric so Chiefs are doing fine without him

The rumor is Blank wanted to go with him, but it was the other executives who wanted to go younger.
I am not convinced on that

They should at least talk to the guy and see if he'd be willing to compromise.
*Of course this could have been communicated behind the scenes so who knows.
You mean Belichick? He refused to compromise and that is why Falcons passed on Belichick

Maybe we didnt want MacDonald after the interview? Maybe what he was asking for did not line up with what we were prepared to give an unproven HC?
It is possible but if that is true then that is disappointing since he was the best candidate available

I knew that would happen, I really wish Redskins would have hired Macdonald but I can understand why Macdonald went to the Seahawks since it is a less of a mess to fix than the Redskins

Can you all stop crying and whining about Johnson and respect his decision and move on?

We aren't going with EB as the HC. 0 chance. Zilch. None.
How would you know this? Do you have proof?

You don’t need a tie to someone to hire them.
If MacDonald was hired as HC, I’d think Weaver becomes DC in Baltimore.
I think MacDonald is going to Seattle, less of a mess to fix in Seattle

Your sons are named Kevin Williams and Antoine Winfield ?
Yes, it is their first and middle names

So what about the Gibbs years here made you go ahead and leave the Vikings and be a die hard, everyone else should die if they aren't as hard, Commies fan? Was it Fred Smoot?
That is my father's name, you do realize Randy and Moss is a common name right?

Better not be Belichick! That’s a snyder move
Belichick will likely stay with the Patriots since he is willing to give up his general manager position
