bubba9497
Cowboys Lose Offensive Lineman http://www.kwtx.com/sports/headlines/1784157.html OXNARD, Calif. (AP) - Dallas Cowboy Jacob Rogers is out for the year because of a knee problem that will require surgery. Rogers hardly played as a rookie offensive lineman. He spent most of this year's training camp on the sideline with what were thought to be minor injuries. Now Rogers is headed to injured reserve. Coach Bill Parcells today said Rogers is done for the year. The Cowboys also are concerned about the health of sixth-round pick Justin Beriault, who was competing for the free safety job. Beriault also has a knee injury. Also: -- Parcells is emphatic about Jacque Reeves making the team, likely as the fourth cornerback. Reeves played 15 games as a rookie last season. -- Rookie defensive end Marcus Spears (knee, ankle) jogged today, giving Parcells hope that he can return to practice soon -- possibly next week. NYFootballGIANTS
Correct me if I'm mistaken, but didn't they lose a guard as well? Either way, it's going to be a real tough year for the Cowboy's OL.
Brave
The one thing Bledsoe really needs is a strong O-line. It's the difference between him playing like an All-Pro and a 3rd-stringer. This is true of many QBs, but ESPECIALLY Bledsoe. If no one steps up for them, could be rocky times this year in big D. Whick suits me fine, of course.
