He is ranked fourth in passer rating, which even puts him ahead of a Hall of Famer -- Sid Luckman. That is something you won't hear from the skeptics. I think it is a case of Chicago not having a sound offensive game plan. I saw one of those comeback/OT miracle games last year. Shane drove them down the field as if he called the plays himself.
