    Gruden coaching like a guy who knows he's getting paid anyway - replace Allen, keep RGIII and tell Gruden to deal with it or quit

      RG3 can play!! We all have seen it. Rookie of year!!! I think Gruden needs to cater to Roberts strengths. Not, hey this my offense, you need learn it or leave. C'mon Man!

    I am curious if McCoy has a poor first half, will Gruden use RG3 see what he can accomplish in the running and passing game. Interesting, when your job is on the line as a head coach. Personally I would love to get Jim Harbaugh to be the head coach in 2015 !!!!

      I never blame the referees for losing but that game yesterday was HORRIBLE!!! That was a game the skins should have won but the TD reversal and the pass interference on Breeland that set up the go ahead TD cost us the game.
