I will be calling the ticket office to complain about this today. I will also bring this up at the Fan Forum.

 

So I just called the ticket office. Spoke to a Rep named Jared, very Rude. Completely denied the offers. Even after pressing about it. 

 

Does anyone have it in writing that I can bring with me to the fan forum.    

That's a great idea.  Maybe once this is raised at the fan forum they will finally realize that current (and longtime) season ticket holders would like to be treated as the priority for special offers like free parking.

It would be great to get confirmation whether these offers are true.  As someone who re-upped again this year and paid full price for parking, I would be really disappointed in the Front Office if they were giving away free parking with better lower level seats to new ticket holders before letting the existing ticket holders upgrade. 

Just checked my online account and my seats and parking cannot be found anywhere.....hmmmm

I agree with you. I don't see upgrades starting until early June. They already have to move up to tickets with the recent announcement of removing more seats. That will keep the TO busy, too.

Did they remove your invoice? That is where I can see my seats and parking. Go to Account Settings->View/Pay Invoices->2012 Invoice.

I don't believe they have even started the auto upgrade process. They start with the lower level first working around the bowl towards the 50. Then they move to the upper bowl.

Agreed. We have yet to hear of any upgrades and the TO last told me they expected to finish with the LL around mid-May.

I am also able to log into my account through the ticketmaster link. The interface has changed, but my invoices are still listed under My Account.

I don't think most people, including lower level ticket holders, heard about upgrades until the very end of april/start of may last year.

I'm pretty sure I paid the same day I got the renewal stuff in the mail. Does anyone know if that gives me an upgrade advantage over those who renewed later, but before the deadline?

Based on last year's experience, I think there is no difference in upgrade priority between someone who pays on the first day and someone who pays on the last day of whatever the renewal "extension" deadline turns out to be (I would guess April 1 or April 15). I think that is why the TO offered free tickets to other events this year to get early renewals.
