Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Need Help (Fundraising for one of their own)

PLEASE take a few minutes to read this message and make a donation in support of Team WRCAA in the Avon Walk 4 Breast Cancer as we walk for former WRC Melanie Nocera (96,98).

 

Melanie's journey began 2 years ago when she was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. She endured 22 weeks of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, and numerous surgeries.  Melanie managed this as she continued to work and raise her two young children, Anthony 6 and Elon 3. Unfortunately, Melanie had a reoccurrence. The cancer spread to her liver, lung, and pelvic bone, now Stage 4. This setback hasn't stopped Melanie from fighting. She and her husband Jimmy are determined, with your support, to find a cure!!! Melanie is the sweetest person you could ever ever meet with a smile that radiates peace, goodwill, and happiness! Please find it in your heart to make a donation in support of Melanie and the cure for Breast Cancer.

We are also having our final fundraiser at The Bottom LIne in DC, on Saturday, April 26th.  Details are on the attached flyer.  If you would prefer to make your donation in person, that would be the place to do it. Melanie and her family will be there.  We hope to have some former Redskins players in attendance to support our effort.
