wwSEANd
I've got HD video of all the games this season, and I want to start making highlight videos, but I can't edit the huge files I've got. Each one is a 2GB+ mp4 file, and iMovie claims a 10+ hour import time. I'm worried about doing an import that long, because it's bound to be sluggish/unstable once it's done, anyway. All I really need to do is cut individual clips from the source mp4 file and save them individually as 10sec-1min files. From there, I know how to do all the mixing and whatnot. Can anyone recommend some good (free!) software I can use to make such clips? It seems like a pretty straightforward thing to do, but I'm stumped.
