All time: Dexter "I can't read" Manley

Recently: ...Dexter "I can't read" Manley.

Oh, wait, I guess I have to pick someone younger. Ummmm...how about TE Stephen Alexander, 'cuz that guy could really take a beating and never get hurt (that was a joke, people). No...wait, how about Desmond Howard? Wow, what a stud he turned out out to be, huh? I know, who was that CB from Notre Dame we selected in the 1st round in the early '90's??? God, that guy SUCKED. I think he ended up playing for the Bears for a while and they cut him too. OOooohhhh, I know who I'd want back...HEATH SHULER!!! That guy was AWESOME! I swear, sometimes I think it would be less painful to punch myself in the balls until I passed out than watch a 'Skins game...

Sammy Baugh (w/ Jurgensen providing depth) passing to Art Monk, with Riggins in the backfield with Larry Brown. Charley Taylor. Plus all the other hogs and smurfs, and the Fun Bunch. Chris Hanburger at LB, of course. And Darryl Green at corner. Manley in his prime. Joe Jacoby. Dave Butz. Mark Mosely kicking with Theismann holding. Herb Mul-key returning kicks. Bill Malinchak blocking punts, with George Allan as special teams coach.

Trent Green

Had we been able to keep him and pick up Champ Bailey and Jevon Kearse in the 1999 draft, I think out team would have been much better set for the long term.

We also would have had a significant boost to our pass rush in 1999, and who knows, may have actually gone to the Super Bowl

Lachey, Grimm, and Jacoby for the line

Clark and Monk for the receivers

Olkiewitz for Middle Linebacker... always on his way out, but always played great

Mann and Manley on the line

Hmm... you can probably guess my age by my choices.

More recently, Smoot and Pierce. I disliked losing both of them. I hope at some point we are in cap shape to keep our homegrown and that the free agent grass isn't so green.
