Surveillance Camera Man

LMAO!!

This topic could probably have its own thread.

Most people have nooooooooooooooo problem with surveillance cameras everywhere... that is, until they associate the camera with a human being. Then they suddenly want privacy.

This one is hilarious! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVl_bLCKt8A&feature=related

I mean, I'm all for those "then and now" artistic photos...

But it appears as though that guy has a handfull of his sister's boob, and that's just weird :ols:

The words "no expectation of privacy" is all they need to know, video from a sidewalk through large windows of a building provides no expectation. You are exatly right, if we could see he person behind every camera we'd resist a whole lot more.

There's a difference between a surveillance camera that is already in the room, and a guy walking into the middle of a private conversation. Especially because he's recording sound, not just video. He's actually breaking federal law by doing this.

That reads more like the secret recording of conversations, which this guy was not doing. I'd ask what the difference between carrying a video camera in plain view and walking up on a conversation or looking in a window is as compare to doing the same action without the camera. That said, if we want to push this more I suggest someone start a new thread on it.

There's potential for far greater damage when something is recorded. Take the people in this guy's video, for example. The amount of strangers able to eavesdrop on their private lives against their will increased from one (without a camera) to thousands (with).

But yeah, let's get back to the own3d.

That's pretty much what I gathered from the situation. I can't imagine that he was holding his wife or girlfriend like that years and years before. Hahaha. There are some wild people out there.
