It's a short work week, and we need a win in Cleveland. Growing pains suck. But they are a necessary nutrient. We took another step toward being a better team tonight. (I keep telling myself this) I remember when we were debating if the team would go 8-8 on Joes first year, it seemed everyone thought it would take a year for him to get his team, this is just growing pains. I'm honestly worried about this game, I'll probably be worried about every game until we can prove that were a decent team. I dont know about you guys but something just isnt right with our team....I dont know what it is but its something. Gibbs, Spurrier, Schott...doesnt matter who the coach is - I feel like were watching the same team make the same mistakes which lead to the same results year after year after year after year after year.
