rthomp
I just wanted to know if I bought fake tickets to the Redskins. When I look at Ebay all the tickets have one player on them for each game. The ones I bought have 10 players on them. Does anyone have these same tickets. The players #'s on the ticket is 56, 77, 24, 80, 87, 21, 60, 76, and two I can not see. Thanks for the help.

rthomp
All of those players are on my tickets. The only thing that makes me feel they are not fake is it looks like a water mark running down the back of the tickets with redskin emblem. Woofer
Go to the game. If someone is in your seat(s), fake tickets.

Are you saying you have ten players on one ticket or ten different players on ten different tickets? The players do change for each game.
rthomp
Ten players on one ticket..

rthomp
All of the season tickets are the same, with the same ten guys on each ticket. The only thing that changes is the game number and the new team and date and time for that week.

I don't know what to tell you. Check with some other season ticket holders. They should be able to help. I am not saying they are fake. I don't know. Dan T.
Are they printed on Xerox paper? That could be a sign.
SkinsNatsFan
There's only one player on each ticket.
70Chip
It sounds like you have fake tickets. Authentic tickets should have only one player on the front with a UPC-type bar code; on the back there is a printed Redskins logo at the top, a black box with information on an online sweepstakes, lots of small type, and a Bank of America ad. I can't say that I am familiar with every single type of ticket the team prints, but what you describe doesn't sound like any game ticket I've seen. It's probably either a fake or -- possibly -- a tailgate club pass, which won't get you into the game. (I've never seen a tailgate club pass, so that's just a guess.) Blade
post a pic of the tickets and we could probably help you better. From what you are saying, it doesnt sound legit.
70Chip
What seats does it say that it's for? If it has a section number in the general admission seating or the clubs (Sections in the 100-400s), they're almost definitely fake. Maybe these are box tickets of some kind . . . . helluvaskinsfan
maybe they are tickets for the new seats added
DUSTINMFOX
I have gotten employee seats that do not look like the regular season tickets......question, do they have a price on them? And do they have that UPC bar?
rthomp
They have the bar code and the price on them. They are for section 106 row 19 seat 12,13. On the back they hav ethe player of the game sweepstakes and www.REDSKINS.com and Bank of America. Also they have red numbers on the tear off that is the same as the stub. DUSTINMFOX
sounds like they could be legit...I would call the ticket office on Tues. just to check though
PCS
rthomp , question. Doyou live in the area? If so, maybe find some time to go by ticket office. If not, call them and ask them. Actually, may want to call them and ask them anyway. If these are fraudulent, then I'm sure they'd like to know. Along with ebay.
rthomp
Thanks everybody.. I think I will call the ticket office. They look like good tickets but I have only seen the ones with individual players.... They also came in a legal size envelope that looks like it is from the FedExField Ticket office with the phone # and Fax #. Thanks again.
70Chip
OK, that sounds legit to me -- although why someone from FedEx is putting some kind of special class tickets on Ebay is a different question.
gridironmike
A friend of mine got his season tickets (for the first time) very late last year, almost on top of the first preseason game. His tickets had all of the players pictures on them (whereas mine had one player per ticket, he had all ten pictures miniaturized on every ticket). His looked to be printed on cheaper stock than mine were too. If you're a new ticket holder, maybe thats what happened....but how'd you get such a great location? Mickalino
If they were counterfeit, I would think that the person responsible would be a little more attentive to detail than to make such an obvious discrepenacy as that.
mdl70
The tickets are legit. When we were originally sent tickets for our new seats in 228, we had one player per ticket. After we were moved to 229, the tickets sent to us look like what you are describing.
