A question about how to use an internet privacy program........

I was at Wal-Mart yesterday and I found thisd cheap program that let's me hide or block things from view when I am on the Internet.

I only paid like $7 for it, so it's probally not top of the line, but it had a mess of things to block or not. so if any of you can, could you help me to tell me what I should do.

Which of these should I or shouldn't I check:

Marketing:

Block Ads

Block Web Bugs

Cookies:

Filter

Block All

Block Third Party

Javascript

Filter

Block

VBScript

Block

Popups

Block Popups

ActiveX

Block

Java

Block

Privacy & Security

Mask IP Address

Browse In SSL Mode

Hide Referrer

Hide Page Title

Mask OS and Browser

Block Blinking Text

Block Background Music

cookies are good

do you have a firewall?? if so most of this is already taken care of with it, also what type of connnection do you have high speed or dialup
