Actually, it was a smart play. There was no time on the clock, the half had ended. It was free time. Had it been the middle of the third quarter? Stupid move. But you are supposed to try to make plays when the half is over like that.

the "bonehead" play was Lott not catching the thing and running.

Actually you couldn't be more wrong. It's not free time...are you insane? What if he laterals the ball back to God only knows, and the receiver picks up the ball and runs in it for a touchdown and costs us 7 points?

Have you ever even watched a pro football game before? It was a silly dumb boneheaded play. You interecept the ball that deep in your own territory...you run as far as you can and then get down. No laterals are necessary. Recognize.

To whoever asked earlier, no, my name is not Josh Holt. Anyway, you can't guarantee Taylor would make that tackle on Brown because it didn't happen to Taylor. The bottom line is, if he had tried to go in lower, Brown would have scored anyway because of how close he was to the end zone, so he tried to go up high and drag him backwards, possibly get the strip.

Either way it's irrelevant, but so is Sean Taylor picking off 3 passes from backup QBs. There's no way he's going to pick off 10+ passes this season, but I do think he's going to be a top notch player if he can keep from being such a headcase. It's a shame he plays for the skins.

No, Sean Taylor won't make the pro bowl. He'll be broken in by the league, get used to playing with the big boys first. After a full year is under his belt, you won't have to ask me or anyone else if he's going to the pro bowl. You'd instead have to come up with a reason why he won't.

Taylor is much bigger than Williams. He would have wrapped him and planted him nicely. Williams is not the player he once was and he was never the player that Taylor looks like he will be.

Taylor's height and wingspan, in combination with his size and strength, will enable him to make plays the comparably stubby Williams could only dream about.
