Posse81
The EQT jerserys are $99.99. The authentics are $269.99. Yet the only difference between the two that I can tell is that the authentics have cuffed sleeves and don't hang loose.
HighPlainsDrifter
I am curious about the "single printed tackel twill" numbers on the EQT jerseys. What exactly is that? If it means that the twill has been printed with a color, what color was the original twill? If it was white to begin with why print it at all (on our burgandy jersey)? Has anyone seen these types of jerseys up close? Will the print hold up after repeted wear and washing? When rebock took over the making of jerseys for the NFL, I was suspicious because personally, I think that rebocks quality of apparel is somewhat poorly made. And I noticed quite a few jerseys coming unstiched during games in the first season that rebock was used. Incidently, when the Rebock jerseys came out, the Addidas authentics that the Skins had been wearing went on sale. I snapped up a killer Darrel Greene jersey that has held up very well. I have worn it hundreds of times by now and it still looks great. If anyone knows more about the look and quality of these new EQT jerseys please enlighten me. Thanks. afparent
Ok, IMO here is the difference between authentic and EQT. The actual jersey they sew on the stuff on is the big difference. Some people can't stand the EQT jersey. But here are the differences. EQT is a lighter material Reebock logo is iron on as opposed to sewn on Slight difference in color No cuffs on EQT Everything else is basically the same and IMO better bang for the buck but some people hate the EQT If you go to a redskin store you should be able to compare them. You've nailed it....people either hate the shiny look of the EQT fabric, or don't mind it at all. Personally, I wish Reebok had them available in white..... I have to try to sell all three (replica, eqt, and auth.) so I'm a little biased... Off the record...I'm on the , I don't like the shiny look side....:2cents: The fabric that the EQT jersey's use on the #'s are weird as well. The EQT Jersey is made of a little bit weaker material and the #s are just a single layer while an authentic is a double layer. There is not that much difference and the EQTs are pretty nice.
