jonjeff
......so far in pre-season? My vote goes to Marcus Washington. He has all the tools to be a great linebacker for many years to come. He will also get the oppurtunity to play on all downs this season, compared to mostly first and second downs in Indy. How they took a player of Washington's skills off the field for a down is a mystery to me. It wasen't as if their defense was that great anyway. It would be nice to see Arrington, Barrow and Washington all on the field together before the start of the regular season.
afparent
I have a tie....Washington and Taylor! If both of them keep up their play, they could be going to Hawaii!
pez
I'd have to say either washington or Cooley
Da_Truth
Im going to say Marcus Washington also because I expected Sean Taylor to be impressive anyway.
Matador36
Sean Taylor Seven tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and a touchdown in only a couple of quarters of play!
w33dh0l3
If anyone has stepped up to make a man look good, I think its Chris Cooley. At this rate nobody will be missing the 2005 2nd round pick, nor questioning Gibbs' picks =)
Mr. S
Cooley, Washington, and Taylor, great additions.
Snagletooth
1. Taylor 2. Washington Springs and Griffin were somewhat high priced additions that I have been skeptical about. Both have been very solid, If not impressive. Offensively Samuels looks to be rebounding very nicely from the poor play of the last couple seasons. Newera
I know it's kind of early. But Taylor has the potential to be the best Redskins safety since Ken Houston. Again, operative word "Potential." I agree Afparent.
Kevin101
Nyquil no doubt is the most impressive along with Dockery, he is doing an amazing job under Bugel.
Griff
Taylor, Washington & after Sat. night the O-line.
Hitman56
My vote goes to Sean Taylor and the O-Line. Especially Kenyatta Jones filling in nicely at right tackle.
herrmag
It's hard to argue that Taylor hasn't been the most impressive. 2 pickles and 2 forced fumbles. He's an f'ing baller. But, Antonio Pierce impressed me both on special teams and as a linebacker on Sat. night. We've got quite a bit of depth at that position now. Saint Joe
My most impressive list: 1. Taylor 2. Washington 3. Cooley How can anyone not say Taylor? He simply makes things happen. Two interceptions, two forced fumbles, one recovered fumble (which he forced), and a touchdown, all in just two quarters of play.

Bucaro
I totally agree with Taylor and Washington but my sleeper is Griffin Sold run defense, he is in on almost every backfield play and he has been attracting some double teams. He could be one of our most valuble pickups if he continues :dallasuck :eaglesuck :gaintsuck
KTrainSkinsFan
M. Washington easy. Taylor has played great but most of his big plays have been made against 2nd/3rd stringers.

spanishomelette
I like all that have been mentioned Cooley, Washington, but Taylor is the most impressive to me. I've never seen a rookie with such great instincts. That fumble he caused and then recovered...That was one fine play.
RedskinsNation
Coles has been very solid, for the 1 qtr. per game that they have played him. Same goes for Taylor. As for the game vs. Miami - Kenyatta Jones - I thought Jansen's replacement played about as well as one could. I know he had help at times but all in all I think he did everything that we would hope for.
QBkilla56
Sean Taylor of course.
